Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of piling and foundation projects, ensuring profitability, quality, and timely execution. Beyond project management, you will play a strategic role, positioning yourself for progression into a senior leadership appointment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of piling and foundation projects.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic project planning and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and project delivery standards.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Partner with procurement and operations to optimize materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Contribute to business growth and long-term operational strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years’ experience in piling and foundation projects.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and ambition to progress into Head of Projects.
• Experience in direct P&L accountability has a added advantages
• Results-driven, hands-on, and able to influence outcomes across all project stages.
