About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Program Director to lead a complex, multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role requires a hands-on leader who can stabilize the program, manage multi-system integrations, align stakeholders, and deliver phased rollouts across the APAC region.


The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, program leadership, and strong communication skills to ensure the program is delivered on time, on budget, and with stakeholder confidence.


Key Responsibilities


Program Leadership & Stabilization


  • Stabilize the PATH program and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Align project teams (internal and vendor) with clear roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Ensure project planning and deliverables for pilot and subsequent wave rollouts are on track.


SAP & Multi-System Integration


  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Build and rollout, ensuring alignment with ECC migration.
  • Oversee integration with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and middleware platforms.
  • Ensure functional alignment and seamless data flows across regional and global systems.


Regional & Multi-Country Delivery


  • Manage a program spanning Mutiple countries
  • Plan and execute pilot and phased rollouts
  • Navigate country-specific challenges and dependencies for successful delivery.


Governance & Resource Management

  • Implement effective governance structures across IT, business, and vendor teams.
  • Leverage near-shore/offshore resources for rollout activities, fit/gap analysis, UAT, cutover, and technical design/build.


Vendor & Partner Management


  • Collaborate with SI partners and technology vendors (SAP, Salesforce, Middleware).
  • Resolve program risks and ensure alignment of all stakeholders for smooth delivery.


Stakeholder Management & Communication


  • Manage multiple tracks, conflicting priorities, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex issues in simple, pictorial, or executive-friendly formats.
  • Drive decisions and consensus across internal teams and external partners.


Program Success Metrics


  • Deliver program on time and within budget.
  • Maintain stakeholder confidence via SteerCo meetings and ongoing engagement.
  • Ensure organizational stability with clear roles, responsibilities, and staffing.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; SAP certification preferred.
  • 10–20+ years of IT/program management experience, including 5–7+ years leading SAP S/4HANA programs.
  • Experience managing multi-country, multi-system ERP transformations (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Middleware).
  • Proven track record of program stabilization, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Skilled in matrix team management, near-shore/offshore delivery, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience reporting to senior leadership.
  • Outcome-oriented: focused on timeline, budget, stakeholder confidence, and organizational stability.
