About the role

Salesforce Solution Architect who can design scalable and feasible Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

• Lead solution design and feasibility assessment for Salesforce implementations
• Analyze business requirements and map them to Salesforce platform capabilities
• Identify platform limitations (governor limits, license restrictions, API usage) and recommend alternatives
• Design multi-cloud architectures involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution delivery meets design specifications
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose workarounds when necessary
• Support pre-sales and technical validation activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation or architecture experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and licensing
• Experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds
