• Base Location: Singapore (with regional travel required).
• You will be involved in regional projects, requiring periodic travel across Southeast Asia and nearby countries.
• All travel, accommodation, and meals will be provided during project trips.
• The role offers a competitive base salary with additional regional project allowances.

Overview

• Lead the design and engineering for marine dredging, reclamation, and coastal projects across the region.
• Manage design teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver technically sound, cost-effective solutions that meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design development, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with maritime and environmental regulations.
• Lead hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural marine designs using modern tools
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities to resolve design challenges.
• Manage and mentor design engineers and drafters.
• Present design concepts to clients and ensure timely delivery of design packages.
• Control design budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Promote quality assurance and continuous improvement in design processes.
• Drive sustainable and innovative design practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Marine, or Coastal Engineering.
• 5 years’ experience in marine/reclamation design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural design principles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and design software; familiar with BIM/GIS.
• Able to travel regionally for site visits and client meetings.
