Responsibilities

• Lead pre-contract and tendering activities, including BOQs, cost plans, pricing models, clarifications, and risk registers.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management, from RFQs and negotiations to performance tracking and compliance.
• Manage contract administration, ensuring proper interpretation of conditions, valuations, and payment applications.
• Administer progress measurement, including monthly valuations, certifications, and subcontractor claims.
• Uphold risk management, governance, and compliance, covering approvals, audits, insurances, bonds, and guarantees.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• experience in both tendering and site-based post-contract roles
• measurement rules and contract forms; familiarity with PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC has a added advantageous.
